Nduja paste is a spicy, spreadable Italian salami from Calabria, made from pork, pork fat, herbs, spices, and lots of Calabrian chili peppers , giving it a fiery kick and deep red color; it's used to add intense flavor to pasta, pizza, toast, eggs, or even mixed into soups and marinades for a rich, savoury heat. Pronounced "en-doo-jah," it's known for its addictive, palette-invading flavour and versatility in the kitchen.
